What exactly is counted?
The time a recording runs, by our clock, in seconds. The accurate transcript with speakers, the minutes, the recap and questions in the chat are included in the hour. Live text while people talk costs extra, and so do detailed minutes by a stronger model.
Can the wallet go below zero?
No: when it’s empty, a recording stops and everything recorded so far stays with you. Teams that pay by invoice get a credit limit: they record into the minus up to it and pay at the start of each month.
Is there a limit per recording?
One recording can last up to . Longer meetings: start a new recording.
Do you see my meetings?
No. The sound goes from your browser straight to speech recognition, and the meetings are kept encrypted with your key: we can’t open them. See the privacy policy.
Teams and companies?
