Keys and models
The service’s own keys: personal accounts and teams on GroveScribe’s keys use them. They stay on the server and never reach a browser.
Paid plans only: on free ones Google (Gemini) and Mistral may use what is sent to train their models (Mistral: check that the Scale plan is on, or switch the training off under Privacy in its admin console). Deepgram is asked never to with every request.
Which model does what
The default model can be changed here; the rest is set on the server (models of each kind). A team or a person can pick their own model for the minutes.
Service rules
Rules for everyone. A change works at once and goes to the admin log; “Back to the server’s value” undoes it.
